AMITA Institute for Sustainable Economies Co.,Ltd. (AISE in short) is a research institute located in Kyoto and Tokyo, Japan. The AISE's office in Kyoto is a Kyo-machiya (traditional architecture of townhouse in Kyoto) made out of wood, soil and paper exclusively.
With this Kyo-machiya office as a stronghold, we aim to reform modern agriculture, forestry and fisheries into sustainable system by linking up with many people concerned professional researchers and their enthusiasms.
